Once your package has been turned over to the shipping carrier, there is nothing I can do to change the order. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the misaddressed package and additional shipments. 

• Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase to receive your discount and do not apply to previously submitted orders.
• Discounts & promotions cannot be stacked.  If an item is eligible for multiple product discounts, the code with the largest individual product discount will apply.
• Sale prices are valid only during specified timeframes and while stock lasts.
• Discounts apply to lowest-priced eligible item(s) first.
• Promotions & discounts have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

Many Sessa Vee products are handmade or hand-finished. Because of the handling and multiple manual processes that occur while creating your order, slight variations in cut, bend and/or margins may occur. These types of variations are common and considered normal characteristics, though not always easily noticed.

Exchanges are not currently accepted.

Sessa Vee will accept eligible returns, but the only way to reserve a product or item, is to submit a new order through the shop website.

Contact me at hello@sesavee.com within 30 days of purchase, or 14 days of delivery. Later returns are not accepted.

To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:

• Items are not made-to-order, customized or personalized
• Items are shipped by deadline using a printable shipping label provided via email by Sessa Vee. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund and/or collected via online invoice. ($5.95 US, $19.95 Int'l, USD)
• Items are received in their original condition

Customers should receive a refund confirmation email within 7 days of processing.

• "Return" & order number in subject line
• Email address
• Items you want to return
• Whether you want the shipping label fee to be deducted from your product return, and/or invoiced ($5.95 US, $19.95 Int'l, USD)

Within 1 business day, you should receive a printable shipping label and instructions on package pickup/dropoff. 

If your return is part of a deal (bundle, promotion, etc.) that required a minimum or bundled purchase to receive a discount:

• For a full product refund, all items in the deal must be returned.
• For an incomplete return, the total value of discounts given for the deal is deducted from the product refund.
• If the deal's conditions can be met with another item in the original order, the eligible product discount is added to the refund. General discount terms and conditions apply.

Examples

Amanda purchases three $10 items with the promo "Buy 2 Get 1 Free"

• $10 + $10 + "FREE" $10 Item = $20 paid with promo
• If Amanda returns any one of the $10 items, the full discount received on the original purchase is deducted from the return: ($10 product -$10 discount value = $0 return credits*, effectively returning a free item)
• If Amanda returns two $10 items, the discount received on the original purchase is deducted from the return ($20-$10 discount value = $10 Refund*, effectively paying $10 for the $10 item kept.)

If instead, Amanda purchased three $10 items and one $12 item with the promo Buy 2 Get 1 Free and all items are eligible:

• $12 + $10 + $10 + "FREE" $10 Item = $32 paid with promo
• When she returns one $10 item, the deal can be completed using the $12 item instead. She would receive a credit of $10*.

Shopping cart notices override the following general timelines:

• Standard Orders 2-5 business days, not including US federal holidays
• Customized Tabs 1-2 weeks
• Pre-Order Products 2-3 weeks

Your entire order will ship together once the custom and pre-order items have been produced.

Sessa Vee is a one-woman run business - special sales or product launches, can affect how quickly your package will ship.

Packages are primarily delivered by USPS or UPS. Our tiered pricing depends on the weight and dimensions of your package.

• UPS Ground® $10.99

Delivery time by USPS Ground is typically 3 to 5 business days* from time of shipment. Packages ship from Springfield, Oregon. 

*Delivery Dates Not Guaranteed
Shipping times are in addition to processing times and are estimates provided by the carrier. Things like bad weather on the delivery route or carrier shortages can delay your shipment. All shipments will have tracking numbers. 

In the Event of a Delayed Delivery
If you see a delay in tracking after package has arrived at your regional or local postal office, please contact your local mail carrier or post office as soon as possible for more information. They have the best sources for finding your mail carrier and tracking down your package.

I will gladly be your advocate in any situation but please know that the shipment is in the care and is the responsibility of USPS, and therefore we must first go through the steps of checking in, and filing official claims with the USPS if a significant delay has occurred. 

Sessa Vee does not currently ship to the EU.

Shipping cost is determined by dimension, weight, and destination. Because Sessa Vee is considered a micro business, carriers do not offer any significant discounts on international shipping. Current rates (in $USD) are: 

• USPS Intl, First Class $19.99 -$39.99
• USPS Priority Intl $39.00 - $59.00
• DHL, Signature required (Select locations) $39.00 - $59.00

There is a 4lb. (1.8kg) limit for USPS shipments

• Allow 6-10 business days from time of shipment for DHL delivery
• Allow 2-6 weeks from time of shipment for Economy/USPS delivery
• Allow 1-3 weeks from time of shipment for Priority USPS delivery

Important! The customer is responsible for taxes, customs, duties and/or any other fees imposed by the destination country or freight/carrier related to customs and the importation of merchandise (e.g. brokerage or "customs clearance" fees).  Typically USPS shipments have less of these fees as compared to DHL and especially UPS. 

In the Event of a Delayed Delivery
USPS.com states that actual transit time may vary for origin and destination. Economy packages have been received in as little as 12 days and as long as 6 weeks. Your destination country may choose to hold, examine, or delay, delivery according to their own import procedures outside the control of the United States Postal Service and Sessa Vee.

Contact your local carrier or government agency if tracking shows a delay after arriving to your destination country.
