REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Shipping charges are also non-refundable. However, if you believe I have made a mistake on your shipment or items, please contact me within three days after delivery and clearly document any issues in photos. Email at email@example.com so I can help you - I want to make it right!
SESSA VEE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Loss, damage or theft of packages/items once they are checked in for delivery by USPS. Please use USPS Priority Service if you can to add USPS insurance if you have concerns.
- Delays in delivery after the packages/items have been checked in to USPS. Bad weather can cause delays in mail carrier transportation.
- Replacing or refunding items or shipping costs because orders were sent to a wrong address submitted by the customer. Pretty please triple check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE purchasing.
Payment for replacement items and new shipping costs will become the responsibility of the customer.
