Can you make custom products for me?
Most items cannot be customized: page inserts and most dashboards are printed by a 3rd party. Unpunched inventory for outsourced prints may be available, but are limited.
Products like the velvet folder, cardstock folder and leatherette dashboards are handmade in-house and may be able to be made in another size if and when I have material already on hand, and do not have a high order volume.
When will my order ship?
Most commonly, an order with no custom items will take 2-5 business days to process or get ready for mail carrier pickup.
Please check the shopping cart notices before purchasing as the processing time that applies to your order will appear there and can at times be longer or shorter.
Applicable processing times will be recorded in your order confirmation email.
Can I add something to my order? or edit it?
Yes, with the rare exception of made-to-order items that have already been completed for you.
If you contact us soon after submitting your order this may not be an issue.
Reach out with your order number and we can manually add or edit the item(s). An invoice to complete the purchase, or a refund for any credits created, will be sent to the email on the order.
Please note, that processing times may be extended to account for the most recent change to your order.

When will this product be back in stock?
To be notified of a product restock, please add your email to the form that appears on the product page when it is out of stock.
Sessa Vee is a micro business and I often have to wait to order batches of similar outsourced products so that I can meet order production minimums. This means it can be weeks or months in-between restocks and I often don't have reliable estimates to give.
In-house handmade products are typically back in 1-2 weeks.
