Can you make custom products for me?
Customization is reserved to what is offered on the website and selectable on the product pages.
Additional requests or commissions will not be taken for custom sizes, inserts, or materials.
At limited times throughout the year, inserts may be left unpunched or disc-punched when specifically requested. Please contact us to confirm if this can be done for you.
When will my order ship?
Most commonly, an order with no personalized items will take 2-5 business days to process or get ready for mail carrier pickup.
Please check the shopping cart notices before purchasing as the processing time that applies to your order will appear there and can at times be shorter or longer.
Applicable processing times will also be recorded on your order confirmation email.
Can I add something to my order? or edit it?
Yes, with the rare exception of made-to-order items that have already been completed for you.
If you contact us soon after submitting your order this may not be an issue.
Reach out with your order number and we can manually add or edit the item(s). An invoice to complete the purchase, or a refund for any credits created, will be sent to your order email if needed to finalize the order.
Please note, that adding a customized product days after submitting an order may add to your original processing time.
What if I want to exchange or return an item?
Reach out to us within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery and if the item is in original condition - your return will be authorized via email.
You'll receive a mailing address that will allow your return to be handled more quickly. Items must be submitted to a mail delivery service within 1 week of authorization.
Credits or exchanges will be processed as soon as your item(s) are received and reviewed.
Customers are responsible for both original and return shipping costs.
