Great Product & Even Better Owner!

I recently placed an order to prepare my 2023 planner. I am the type to order WAY too many types of inserts and was looking for a good MO1 insert to cut down on the thickness of my planner - these are perfect! I love the added touch of the tracker at the bottom. In addition, my order came without the December calendar page (by the way, the only missing item in a very large order) - normally I wouldn't mind such a small mistake, but since this was a calender page, I kinda needed it and decided to reach out to see if I could get that page added to my next order. Vanessa was absolutely lovely and decided to mail the missing page right away to fix my problem. Fantastic customer service and I can't wait for 2023 to start using my new planner inserts!! :)
